The role limits what you see
Sites, clients and equipment arrive through the person's role. Not through a file someone remembered to send.
The picture comes from the site network or the cloud
On site, the wall uses the internal network stream. Off site, it uses the cloud. The person watching does not pick the route.
The event stays with the equipment
Monitoring does not drop a separate report. The record shows up on the site, on the system that changed state.
